Campus Recruiter (Officer) - JPN - Human Resources C11
The Campus Recruiter Senior position is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.
This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine operational or administrative work for campus recruiting under tight deadlines
- Participate in managing campus recruiting selection processes for new staff at new graduate level
- Providing support across the entire firm or to multiple business lines/areas for campus recruiting activities (domestic/international)
- Administer defined procedures, analyses, marketing events, and report preparation
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- Business-level English / Japanese bilingual capability is a must
- Strong Data Analytical Skills utilizing Excel and relevant systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook) and HR related systems
- Demonstrated multi-tasking skills under tight deadlines and pressure
- Strong communication skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders
- Quick learner with proactive manner
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of industry practice and standards
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
