1. Capital Management:
- Monitor the company’s liquidity and capital position to ensure solvency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Department of Political Science at the National University of Singapore invites applications for the position of Head of Department at the rank of full professor or higher (endowed chair professor). Research and teaching specialisation is open, although candidates should contribute to one or more of the Department’s four subfields: comparative politics, governance and public policy, international relations, and political theory.

Carrying out first discussions with the artists and their management, you will be able to identify their needs and share the perfect offer with your Local Head of Artist Services. You will be in charge in the contract negotiation and coordinate the transfer of the artists to our project management team.

• Monitor Believe and public tool analytics for talent detection
• Build partnerships with a network of talent detection third parties

2. Qualify Artists Services expectations, career projects and releases plans

• Carry out meetings with prospective clients to pitch our services and follow up through to offer negotiations
• Present deals to your local internal team and coordinate with Head of Artist Services to validate deal offers
• Able to close the key deals until final contract signing with the support from central legal team.
• Coordinate the artist handover to the marketing & project managers team

3. Identify market trends and market dynamics and report to the management

• Build strong relationships with artists, management and the local industry
• Analyse the impact of spend and structure of artist offers

To be responsible for the production of the monthly budget statements and associated reports for a wide range of R&D budgets in accordance with agreed timetables. 2. To develop and maintain integrated financial performance reports, including year end forecasts, highlighting key variances and trends in activity and finance, commenting on influencing factors and advising on any necessary management action. 3. To meet regularly with budget holders and Senior Managers to assess financial performance and to provide financial management information, analysis and advice to them regarding key risks and critical success factors in achieving financial targets. 4. To ensure budget holders and managers have an awareness of financial performance requirements, including the need for budgetary control and adherence to SFIs, and to provide financial awareness training where necessary. 5. To contribute to the annual budget setting/financial planning process- to assist in the calculation of the annual budgets for a range of cost centres in accordance with agreed principles and timetables and to be responsible for their input into the Finance Systems.- to work with budget holders and managers to identify cost pressures, service developments and cost improvements.- to liaise with the budget holders to formulate annual budget plans. 6. To assist in assessing the impact of changes in government, charitable and commercial funding and legislative changes on the R&D Division.
