SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Works as a HVACR Maintenance Mechanic on all MCCS-SC equipment and supervises NA and WG Maintenance Mechanics within MCCS SC Facility’s Department. Exercises full supervisory responsibility over the work operation. Enforces required safety and other related regulations in the workplace. Assigned as a purchase card holder. Determines equipment, supplies, and tools required to complete work. Contacts local vendors in the execution of the established purchase orders and regulations, involving appropriated and non-appropriated fund expenditures, for purchase of refrigeration and appliance spare parts and equipment. SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Replenishment Specialist is responsible for the effective execution of perpetual inventory accuracy inside the four walls of the store. Reports to the Warehouse Manager, Replenishment Manager, Senior Marine Mart Manager, Operations Manager, Store Manager or Retail Director.

The Firearms Specialist provides a Dress Blue Experience, and executes departmental procedures and follows all firearms regulations. Reports to the Department Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Operations Manager or Store Manager.
Focuses on delivering a best in class customer experience and driving strong customer engagement with the firearms department. Focuses on solution based selling, offering applicable accessories and services to the customer in addition to the firearm. The purpose of the Child and Youth Program (CYP) Cook position is to perform a variety of food preparation and service tasks. This position is located in a Child Development Center (CDC); however, may assist in food preparation for the School Age Care (SAC) Program. The CYP Cook plans and prepares menus for breakfast, lunch, and snacks daily for participants (children and youth), ensuring that meals are nutritionally balanced, economical, pleasing to the participants, and follow all U.S. Department of Agricultural (USDA) Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) guidelines. Independently prepares all food types to include meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, fruits, sauces for regular and special USDA CACFP approved menus. May make changes to menus in regards to preparation and seasoning to ensure foods are more attractive and to improve the taste. Prepares four or more menu items for meals while coordinating a variety of steps to ensure that all items are ready for serving at a specific time. Adjusts recipes according to daily attendance to determine the number of servings needed.
Maintains and completes food program records as required. Ensures compliance and manages the USDACACFP in addition to other related standards, policies and regulations.
Ensures complete food service operations are in compliance with local food directives and standards. Performs a daily inspection upon opening and closing of the food service area. Ensures supplies, equipment, and food are used economically and waste is kept to a minimum. Ensures equipment, appliances and dishes, as well as general work areas, are clean and maintained as required by MC directives and local SOPs. Responsible for scrubbing, wet mopping, waxing, and polishing floors. Cleans walls and ceilings and removes and sweeps trash or other refuse.
Prepares and submits food and supply requisitions to the Director on a regular basis to ensure that food items are available to meet menu requirements. Orders supplies from vendors as necessary. Examines food for quality and freshness upon delivery and before preparation. Maintains rotation of food inventories to prevent spoilage.
Serves as a member of the Installation CYP to ensure compliance with health, fire, safety, facility and program regulatory requirements and CYP baseline standards. Assists in maintaining DoD/MC certification for assigned program areas, and helps ensure the program achieves and retains national accreditation or MC equivalent and maintains accreditation/MC equivalent standards.

The purpose of the Child and Youth Program (CYP) Custodial Worker position is to perform a variety of custodial and housekeeping duties that require heavy physical efforts to include operating heavy powered cleaning equipment and/or equipment such as extension ladder. The Custodial Worker maintains security of the assigned activity spaces when cleaning during non-operational hours. Responsible for cleaning and scrubbing restrooms using proper chemicals for wash basins, tiles, mirrors, metal doorplates, fixtures and fittings to include disinfecting and deodorizing toilets and sinks. Additional duties include Replenishing soap, towels, and toilet paper daily and cleaning showcases, entrance doors, activity spaces, classrooms, doorframes, dispensers and any other applicable surfaces using proper cleaning chemicals/products.
Sets up and/or moves furniture and equipment as needed. Replaces all furniture, equipment and materials to their original position upon completion of cleaning and maintenance tasks. Dusts all walls, furniture, shelves, fixtures, and counter surfaces, etc. Uses stepladders and extension ladders to wash walls, windows and partitions, and replace light bulbs and blinds. Sweeps, wet mops, scrubs, floors daily and waxes, buffs and polishes floors and cleans carpets when applicable.
Makes minor repairs to equipment. Reports hazardous safety conditions, and broken, lost or stolen equipment to supervisor. Reports water leaks, clogged drains and other conditions that require equipment replacement or repair to the supervisor. Inventories supplies and notifies supervisor when reordering is required. Cleans the adjacent activity parking lot, play area and associated outdoor areas by picking up litter, clearing foliage and emptying/washing outdoor trash cans and receptacles.
Operates and maintains power cleaning equipment to include changing brushes and accessories. Maintains inventory of approved cleaning supplies and advises supervisor when supplies are needed or when equipment needs repairs or replacement. Stores custodial supplies and equipment in locked cabinets or closets away from child and youth activity rooms in accordance with local policies and procedures. Ensures hallways, stairways, entrances and doorways are not obstructed by cleaning, maintenance operations, or storage of equipment and materials.
