Review, draft, and provide advice on negotiation of all types and forms of letters, contracts, and agreements such as merchant agreements, procurement contracts, marketing and partnership agreements, etc.
Work closely with Regulatory, Public Affairs and Legal teams for daily and seasonal activities
Represent the company or its subsidiaries in proceedings before or meetings with administrative and regulatory agencies such as the DTI, LTFRB, including supporting TNVS and related processing, hearings and reviews
Assist to manage and maintain 3rd party Government relationships around the driver operations ecosystem (e.g. LTFRB, LTO, HPG), whereby necessary
Oversee the litigation portfolio of the Company, which include civil, criminal, labor, administrative and intellectual property cases
Provide legal advice to the business on a broad range of issues such as matters relating to consumer protection, merchant disputes, safety and fraud, etc.
Oversee management of corporate housekeeping of Ops

1+ years of relevant work experience. Experience in litigation is a plus.
