The Inbound Warehouse Supervisor (Micro, Packaging & Spares) is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the Inbound Logistics section that handles micro, packaging & spares inventory to support Flour, Feeds and other divisions’ operational requirements. Responsible for the overall inventory management, warehouse management & SAP transactions related to this section under the Inbound Logistics Department.

Inventory Management

1. Ensures that all inventory transactions are posted real-time & accurate in the ERP system.
2. In-charge in the timely submission of reports relating to the management of the inventory module in the ERP system (inventory accuracy, clean-up of open transactions, etc.)
3. Leads the team in the proper execution of the scheduled physical inventory count & guarantees the accuracy & timeliness of variance report & endorsement.
4. Conducts root cause analysis & implements action plans to address the inventory variances.

STORAGE AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Conducts daily inventory consolidation of all Finished goods stored in the FG warehouse, FG Bins and External warehouse. Initiate investigation for any discrepancy observed.

Conducts daily inspection on the condition of finished goods stored in the warehouse to ensure its quality prior dispatch. Reports and coordinates with the QA team if any quality related non compliance was observed during the inspection.

Traces inventory variances and seeks FG Supervisor’s disposition of the variance.

Ensures the FG storage areas are compliant to the 5S/Safety and GMP quality standards.

Ensures all stored FGs are well documented and traceable.

Monitors all near aging and expiring  finished goods. Sends a daily report of all aging FG to concerned stakeholders.

The Robotics Operator handles and manages the automated bagging and palletizing operation of the packing section. He ensures efficient operations and functionality of the automated bagging machine, pelletizing equipment, and its components. The position is also responsible for the conduct of basic preventive maintenance and calibration of the packing equipment while contributing to the achievement of the quality objectives of the plant.

1. Operates the automated bagging machine and robotics Palletizing equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the unit. 
2. Conducts checking, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance of the packing machines, its components, and accessories during and after the end of shift.
3. Coordinates with Production Supervisor and Control Room Operator on the scheduling of packing operation ensuring the use of correct packaging materials including but not limited to production code, thread color, and manner of palletizing configuration.
4. Ensures that packaging materials are available and ready prior to the scheduling of the run by coordinating with Production Supervisors and Assistance Control Room operators.
5. Ensures correct production codes are reflected in the packaging material in the conduct of the bagging operation run.
6. Ensures proper recording and on-time submission of production reports to Production Supervisors after the end of shifts.

FINANCIAL REPORT GENERATION

MANAGEMENT REPORTING

• Consolidates all financial information required for the generation of Division Financial Statements.

This role is responsible for performing a wide range of support tasks in the meat factory - including handling, slaughtering and processing livestock, packing, operating, processing and rendering equipment, warehousing and dispatching products.  He/ she is required to comply with all personnel safety, food safety, quality, and sanitation standards set by the company. 

Factory Support Tasks

At any given time and based on the operational requirement of the plant, the Meat Factory Crew may be assigned to perform the following tasks:

• Packs and boxing of deboned and sliced meat into cartons.
• Processes meat and offals.
• Moves carcasses and meat cuts to chillers and freezers.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment, tools, production materials and work areas.
• Supports in loading and unloading of meat products into trucks.
• Ensures that all meat cut and or slaughtered products are properly labeled.
• Operates different machines connected to his/her assigned station.
• Provides support in other areas of production or other areas of the meat factory, when needed.

Quality Standards and Safety Management

• Perform standard operating procedures in the process.
• Ensures that all products are cut and trim consistently and efficiently within our quality standard.
• Comply with all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
• Make sure work stations are always clean and organized.  Strictly and consistently observes Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.

The primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor is to execute food safety programs at slaughter and meat cutting plants, which include daily pre-operation inspections, quality checks, food safety training, GMP & SSOP completion, HACCP coordination, monitoring & verification of CCPs.  The QA Supervisor also ensures that the meat products, processes and services meet the desired quality levels at all times.

Quality Assurance on Meat Operations

1. Oversees, develops, implements and maintains all food safety related strategies, policies and procedures. 
2. Maintains open communication with all related departments to address the identification of food safety hazards and process improvement opportunities.
3. Works with Operations team and verifies TMM processes, related to food safety, in ensuring strict compliance with applicable food safety (5S, GMP, HACCP,  and ISO) and regulatory requirements (NMIS, FDA, BAI, BPI, BFAR, LGUs).
4. Manages HACCP Plan and pre-requisite programs.
5. Performs HACCP monitoring to include but not limited to – concentration of chlorinated water solution monitoring, product monitoring (Microbiological and Physical standards), temperature monitoring, environmental monitoring and metal detection, and the sanitation program.
6. Ensures that the QA Training Program is strictly implemented and well comprehended by all QA team members.
7. Implements the document management system in collecting, maintaining and updating of  SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), policies and templates for all Food Safety related records.
8. Conducts traceability for product complaints and/or recall process to ensure timely communication, execution and completion of related documentation within the set standards for Customer Complaints and Product Recall.
9. Ensures that Good Laboratory Practices and the Quality Assurance Systems in the Meat Laboratory are strictly implemented and are in place at all times.
10. Prepares the Calibration Program and ensures all QA equipment (Operations and Laboratory) strictly follows the program.
11. Prepares and ensures the strict implementation of the Sampling Plan.
12. Performs microbiological and physical-chemical tests of raw materials, finished products and environmental tests of all food safety related equipment and facilities through rapid tests and conventional methods to determine product quality and perform the necessary controls when there is non-conformance/s.
13. Ensures the proper and strict implementation of the meat product hold and release programs by ensuring product is not released without prior approval and documentation.
14. Reports quality issues, and trains the QA team in QA procedures.
15. Assist in customers and NMIS audits, customer complaint resolutions and takes appropriate action promptly.

19. Monitors and reports all QA financials and ensures expenses are below or within the approved budgeted amount.
20. Monitors and coordinates with the Service Providers on Cleaning and Sanitation and Pest Control in ensuring that proper cleaning, sanitation, and pest control activities are strictly implemented and reports to the immediate Team Leader their performances and escalates when deviation occurs.

2. The Quality Assurance Supervisor actively participates in all company programs on quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility and risk management.

1. Implements and maintains all food safety related strategies, policies and procedures
2. Maintains open communication with all related departments to address the identification of food safety hazards and process improvement opportunities.
3. Implements HACCP Plan and pre-requisite programs.
4. Performs HACCP monitoring to include but not limited to – concentration of chlorinated water solution monitoring, temperature monitoring, environmental monitoring and metal detection, and the sanitation program.
5. Implements the document management system in collecting, maintaining and updating of  SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), policies and templates for all Food Safety related records.
6. Responsible for investigating customer complaints related to quality, monitoring of complaint resolution per process owner and instigates the RQI process.
7. Conducts traceability for product complaints and/or recall process to ensure timely communication, execution and completion of related documentation within the set standards for Customer Complaints and Product Recall.
8. Performs microbiological and physical-chemical tests of raw materials, finished products and environmental tests of all food safety related equipment and facilities through rapid tests and conventional methods to determine product quality and perform the necessary controls when there is non-conformance/s.
9. Escalates any deviation from the quality and operational processes set by the organization/plant/site
10. Ensures that Good Laboratory Practices and the Quality Assurance Systems in the Meat Laboratory are strictly implemented and are in place at all times.
11. Ensures the proper and strict implementation of the meat product hold and release programs by ensuring product is not released without prior approval and documentation.
12. Conducts GMP of production and personnel including truck and truck personnel.
13. Monitor and check pre-dispatch and dispatch items for delivery.
14. Assist in customers and NMIS audits, customer complaint resolutions and takes appropriate action promptly.
15. Promotes good customer relations with all TMM Stakeholders and Partners.
16. Works with the Operations team to ensure compliance with applicable food safety regulatory requirements (5S/GMP, HACCP, and ISO).
17. Monitors and observes key associates' compliance on the food safety and quality assurance activities.
18. Leads the QA team during their assigned shift and section by addressing issues (quality and process), as well as is able to make immediate decisions / actions to address these.

The Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities of
Outbound Logistics functions - Fulfillment Management, Transportation Management, Depo/Hub Dispatching and Traffic Control for meats, poultry and other related products in accordance with company policies and procedures.

He/she ensures development and implementation of operational strategies to achieve business goals, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. He/she is a person of high integrity and is loyal to the company. 

He/she leads and develops the Outbound Logistics Team to ensure that the right people, processes, systems and metrics are in place to support growth and continuous improvement.

He/she understands all the processes associated with the logistics functions and is an expert in the field. The function requires keen customer focus and strong negotiating skills. With the expansion of the company, it is expected that he/she has a genuine passion for learning, is open to operating in some ambiguity and will be happy taking on an expanded role should the opportunity arise.
