Supports the organization in the field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Consults the departments regarding process design to optimize them for RPA activities
Conducts coding within RPA tools (e.g. Automation Anywhere, Catalytics, etc.)
Manages RPA projects independently in coordination with the respective stakeholders
Identify and realize automation potentials in internal as well as our services business processes

Manage team personnel, processes, & tools, and drive continuous improvement; manage internal customers, and stakeholders from both the business and the IT function
Client Management - proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, pain points, and expectations related to the organization's digital services and automation initiatives.
Presentation of proposal (formulating business case, project cost, timeline etc.) to the client, help clients understand the rationale behind the proposed solutions.
Manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle ( e.g. Regular status calls, Kick off, Post go live review etc.)
Manage service delivery to client, identifying potential risks and creating opportunities, establish good client relationship by having regular touch base and presenting status of performance delivery ( eg. Monthly service review)
Innovation Management – Stay up to date with emerging technologies and assess their potential application within the organization, including AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
