As an Intern RPA Developer, you will be part of the team that the way in automation, engaging on the most strategic and complex projects. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. The program will immerse the intern in a broad range of responsibilities, to develop and implement RPA solutions for various internal and external clients to replace existing manual workflows.

• Supports the organization in the field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Consults the departments regarding process design to optimize them for RPA activities
• Conducts coding within RPA tools (e.g. Automation Anywhere, Catalytics, etc.)
• Manages RPA projects independently in coordination with the respective stakeholders
• Identify and realize automation potentials in internal as well as our services business processes

• Portfolio Management – grow and manage automation pipeline while ensuring the portfolio of projects is aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to strategic growth and operational development of the organization eg. Participating in new business pitches/ proposal as needed.
  • Manage the identification and prioritization of use cases, sustaining a healthy opportunity pipeline
  • Manage the risks associated with the portfolio of projects and ensure that the necessary resources are available to deliver the projects.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to promote awareness on automation-as-a-Service and digital capabilities, including robotic process automation, AI for low-code development, etc.
  • Promote and drive adoption of emerging automation & digitalization technologies across the organization
• Operations Management – manage the overall conduct and performance of the Business Automation Solution steam, overseeing the Robotic Process Automation, and other digital programs under the Automation-as-a-Service department. Manage team personnel, processes, & tools, and drive continuous improvement; manage internal customers, and stakeholders from both the business and the IT function
• Client Management - proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, pain points, and expectations related to the organization's digital services and automation initiatives.
  • Presentation of proposal (formulating business case, project cost, timeline etc.) to the client, help clients understand the rationale behind the proposed solutions.
  • Manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle ( e.g. Regular status calls, Kick off, Post go live review etc.)
  • Manage service delivery to client, identifying potential risks and creating opportunities, establish good client relationship by having regular touch base and presenting status of performance delivery ( eg. Monthly service review)
• Innovation Management – Stay up to date with emerging technologies and assess their potential application within the organization, including AI, machine learning, and data analytics.

• Efficiently execute each stage of the design process, from cross-disciplinary business requirements gathering, to initial wireframing and prototyping, to creating finalized UI, to working with developers to ship polished products

• Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents according to agreed procedures

SUMMARY

• Develop and deliver Automotive technical training/presentations on products, systems and diagnosis in line with TSS targets for Bosch customers and internal Bosch staff, including documents and digital media.
• Pro-actively seek new customer acquisitions and projects relating to TSS products and services around Technical Training and Technical Workshop Services.
• Provide technical support to internal and external personnel via hotline, e-mail, webmail in line with TSS KPI’s on all AA product categories.
• Represent TSS & AA in a technical capacity with internal and external customers.
• Coordinate and maintain TSS Training and other equipment as required for the Philippines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver Automotive technical training courses and presentations as per requirements.
• Prepare and ship all parts, equipment and training material as required to deliver the training.
• Identify customer technical training requirements in conjunction with AA/Sxx division input to determine course content, technical depth and frequency
• Develop and oversee development and translation of technical content, training materials & documentation to be used during training.
