Salary: 1,000 - 1,500 USD / Month
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Wednesday-Sunday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Philippine Time
We are seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator and Live Chat Agent to join our client's team. We're looking for an individual with strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating content, and interacting with our followers on various platforms. In addition, this individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our live chat system, ensuring that each customer has a smooth and seamless experience. Responsibilities
Social Media Coordination:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). 4 posts per week.
- Use Canva for creating basic Social Media Graphics
- Use CapCut and similar video editors for creating basic videos
- Use AI writing tools and edit to create 2 blog posts per week
- Write tutorials and create screen-share tutorial videos
- Enter data in the spreadsheet on Social Media key metrics being tracked
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions.
Live Chat Agent:
- Provide instant real-time support to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions and update customer records in the Intercom chat support system.
- Escalate technical and billing issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Monitor live chat metrics and provide regular reports on chat volume, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator and/or Live Chat Agent (1 to 3 years)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- Proficiency in using Canva, Capcut, Social Media Software and Live chat systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with copywriting and content creation
- Experience using live chat software such as LiveChat, Zendesk, or Intercom
