Managing Director
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Group;
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and have Profit & Loss responsibilities;
- Responsible for driving customer service, team member engagement, and revenue;
- Oversee all aspects of operations and ensure efficient and effective delivery of services;
- Formulate sales plans, set sales targets, and oversee the team to achieve expected sales performance;
- Lead and manage a team of managers and staff members;
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration and innovation;
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and standards;
- Identify, grows, and manage key account relationships;
- Performs other related duties to benefit the business of the organization
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, related field;
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of senior management experience, sales and marketing management, or related industry, with at least 5 years in Sales leadership role,
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive market environment;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision makers;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues;
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a keen understanding of market dynamics and client needs;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends providing strategic guidance for continuous improvement.
