• Spend 3-4 days per week in the field on sales calls with salespeople, providing coaching and training as necessary to enhance sales effectiveness, resulting in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Build and develop critical relationships with top executives at top clients and prospects, getting to know all major accounts in the market.
• Be an integral part of the Lending industry through involvement in key associations and networking groups and providing thought leadership about critical issues.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Client facing experience in the Commercial Real Estate and / or Lending industry strongly preferred
• Five or more years of progressive experience in a front-line sales leadership role selling data, research and analytic platforms or tools, commercial real estate, financial services, lending services, business intelligence, or information provider
• Five or more years of experience directly managing 6-12 sales professionals, including the ability to attract, hire, train and develop a high performing sales team
• Experience being responsible for a book of business more than $25 million in annual revenue
• Experience managing sales efforts in a highly consultative sales process, fast-paced organization, selling to a complex clientele with multiple buying influences
• Demonstrated ability to build long-term and sustainable relationships and business partnerships with clients at all levels
• Demonstrated track record of rapidly growing a sales territory or market through organic growth via a combination of new client acquisition and existing account growth and consistently exceeding sales performance targets over multiple years
• Effective internal relationship building skills (superiors, peers, teams, company-wide) and externally (sales channels, customers, etc.)

Resolve issues affecting the business operations of the Regional Office (RO) and facilitate better interaction and cooperation with central services departments.
Ensure adoption of standardized procedures and monitoring systems to assure compliance with both client and corporate policies.
Provide oversight and monitoring of work plans, staff labor allocations and budgets, working closely with portfolio directors and countries.
Supervision
Supervise a team of finance and administration staff and provide technical (financial) supervision of lead finance team members throughout the region.
Work closely with other leaders to assure appropriate management and support of portfolios/projects in FHI 360 Country Offices.
Provide input and work with HQ teams (Finance, Information Solutions and Services (ISS), Operations Management Office (OMO), etc.) to review/ generate new FHI 360 policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Fully support HQ team to successfully implement new projects. Take proactive role to implement HQ directives when HQ has limited resources and tight timelines.

Regional Sales Director Summary:
The Regional Sales Director leads a team of Enterprise Account Managers and supports the delivery of the full sales cycle to organizations with IT security needs. In this role, you’ll work with your team to identify prospects, understand their challenges, and highlight how Delinea solutions will enhance and simplify their IT security efforts. You will work with clients directly and through our channel partners to close deals and get our award-winning product suite into the hands of IT Admins across the identified region!

This position requires an exceptional leader and people manager who will be responsible for all net new and XU-sell sales within their region. This role will report to the Vice President, Field Sales.
What You'll Do:
Accomplish regional sales and human resource objectives by recruiting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.

Ability to work and sell in a highly collaborative teamed environment.

Regional Director, Consultant Relations - Central Region
This highly instrumental role’s purpose is to focus on driving awareness, education and understanding of Alight’s full suite of HR Technology, Human Capital Management, Payroll and Navigation solutions to the prioritized consulting community in an assigned territory. Additionally, this role will be heavily focused in forming and expanding deep broker relationships with key targeted firms. Partner with sales leaders and sales reps across all team (benefits administration, alight benefit guidance, health care navigation and point solutions) developing a unified go to market strategy. Create, Develop and Expand relationships with key brokers and consultants through use of marketing tools, events, understanding of broker goals and interpersonal investment. Partner with key internal stakeholders to align on communication, outreach and support of key brokers and consultants. Regularly track and report activities and metrics associated with actions showing progress, headwinds and successes to management and leadership. Prioritize continual education on Alight’s evolving solutions as well as impactful things taking place in the healthcare industry. Use a combination of in person, virtual and event attendance to engage with brokers.
