Support day-to-day BCP coordination, ownership of plans and management of planning readiness.

Manage project conversion including but not limited to material phase-in/phase-out assessment, readiness of phase-in materials, mitigation of phase-out exposure risk. Planning for Raw Materials by maintaining safety inventory levels and replenishing based on MRP requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project management (communicate, run weekly conversion meetings, manage label/packout changes, upsizing, codes creation, master data maintenance)
2. Ensure master data readiness and timely conversions.
3. BCP related shipment arrangement and shipping documents for customer
4. Raw Material planning and optimization
5. FG Shipment coordination (including SO creation, and shipment tracking)
6. Analyze SAP purchase requisitions and convert to PO’s on timely basis for Raw Materials
7. Manage exception such as expedites and postponements and present weekly exception reporting.
8. Be the data owner for these materials.
9. Daily interaction with Production Planners to provide updates on raw material availability.
10. Ensure accuracy of Supplier Shipping and Order documentation.
11. Ensure accuracy and maintenance of Safety Stock and Order Policy settings
12. Meet inventory and material planning metrics.
13. Identify and manage opportunities to optimize SAP functionality
14. Provide accurate and timely feedback in relation to Inventory in Risk (MIRA)
15. Lead and implement projects for inventory optimization and process improvements
16. Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance and collaborate with procurement team to resolve issues
17. Participate in development and implementation of new area processes and improvements
18. Meet all internal and external compliance responsibilities including Purchasing Policy requirements, GCS, SOX & AIBI
19. Any other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

PRE-REQUISITES

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory, Accounting or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related Supply Chain (demand or raw materials planning) or Operations role.
• Strong operational experience in a dynamic multinational organization
• Experience working closely with third parties and colleagues in remote locations to deliver business objectives an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple and complex tasks
• Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments
• Knowledge in demand planning and understand master data setup
• Possess knowledge of SAP MM module
• Knowledge of SAP PP module will be an advantage
• Strong Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office

Key Responsibilities

· Understand Product technical roadmap and comprehensive supply chain solution, inclusive of support needs.

· Work with business unit to identify and define the sources of demand.

· Develop and maintain S & OP Plan.

· Generate and maintain corporate revenue plans (Revenue $, Units, Margin).

· Generate Weekly MPS (Demand).

· Communicate MPS (Demand) and coordinate MPS commitment (Supply) with ODM Partners.

· Identify and provide solution to mitigate Gaps in Demand Vs Supply include production capacity

· Drive Materials Clear to Build (MCTB) process with ODM, identify gaps, push to resolve.

· Drive closure of “All” Demand-Supply gaps.

· Drive product ramp requirements to ensure all product intro dates are met

· Drive product ramps down/transition plans to ensure excess and obsolescence are minimized.

· Develop process with business unit and ODM in support of global supply needs.

· Monitor demands and fulfilment profiles to define appropriate business models – Build to replenishment, built to Forecast, build to Order models.

· Responsible for Working Capital Management.

· Provide and Maintain ODM shipment plan (timing, ship-to location, and quantities)

· Ensure all Logistics (DG and otherwise), process, procurement processes are in place to deliver effectively to end customer.

· Facilitate weekly cadence of meetings with ODMs to ensure supply and shipping plans are in sync with the latest changes.

· Publish on time in Full reports (OTIF) for customer orders

· Work closely with NPO manager on phase in and phase-out of products

· Quarterly business reviews/process and supply chain audits with business unit to identify solution gaps that need to be closed.

· Push to close gaps with appropriate business owners.

Requirements

· 3 to 5 years of experience in Products Planning, Operations, Change Management or Relationship Management or equivalent experience.

· Experience working with national manufacturer/distributor in key supply chain topics like Demand, inventory, distribution, and production is strongly preferred.

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and adaptability to new systems.

· Must be detail-oriented as well as capable of leading broad overview/scenario discussions and capable of producing high-quality information on a sustainable basis; strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-tasking a dynamic and fast-paced environment is required.
