Duties and Responsibilities

• Undertake menu planning

• Oversee and participate in the preparation and cooking and serving of main meals, snacks, cakes, etc. in accordance with specified menus.

• Check quantity and quality of stock received and notify suppliers of deficiencies.

• Support sales department on new projects, to ensure projects completed on time.
• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) which involves quantity take-off, measuring and estimating materials and labour costing.
• Prepare and liaise with sub-contractors on progress claim on a monthly basis
