13. Full spectrum of talent acquisition processes including hiring candidates, ensure recruitments documents are in order, job posting, screening of CVs, interview arrangements.

14. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, IR21 and clearance;

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource (or anything similar)

Job responsibilities:

• To assist in the day-to-day operations in full spectrum of HR functions
• Conduct payroll duties for employees
• Administer with work pass application, renewal, cancellation and other related matters
• Attend to enquiries raised by new applicants or employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring process etc
• Register and arrange workers for courses
• Prepare HR related letters and reports
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, employee database and documentation.
• Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
• Conduct or assist with onboarding process and new hire orientation.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job requirements:

• Possess diploma in business management or equivalent
• Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience in HR duties are welcome to apply

• Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work culture and boost employee morale.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Perferred with experience in media's industry.
• Thorough knowledge of Singapore's labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in HR administrative tasks.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Certification in Human Resources is a plus.

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation
