Job Description:

Human Resource

• Perform regular tracking and timely updates of staff attendance, leave records and benefit plans.
• Assist in preparing and updating wages, staff attendance, petty cash claims and records.
• Process staff claim & cash purchases and ensures compliance with the company policies and SST requirements.
• Related duties that will be designated from time to time.  

Administrative Duties:

• Manage the day-to-day office administration, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and emails.

Job Description

• Prepare and ensure timely completion of monthly full set management accounts.
• Handle day-to-day operations of accounting transactions by keying into the system and filing all related documents in an orderly manner.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare and monitor the annual budget and forecast.       
• Collaborate with other departments in ensuring to delivery of timely and informative reports as well as the accuracy of accounting data and improve efficiency.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.       
• Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in the property investment industry.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel, IFCA, and ACCPAC accounting software are added advantage.                                                                                                
• Able to manage timelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting in light of tight schedules.

ROLE PUROSE

• QA positions required to ensure that products and services meet the highest quality standards before they reach the customer.
• To involve in software testing and related activities such as test design, and test executions.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Understand the business requirement and system change request before conducting testing.
• Prepare test plan according to the user requirement and create & maintain test cases.
• Perform manual and/or automated test executions where relevant and verify the application/product/software/system to ensure meet the defined requirements.
• Involve in automation framework development e.g. design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks for various types of testing (e.g., functional, performance, regression)
• Able to perform first level troubleshooting and analysis if found any system defects and report to technical team if it is a program bug.
• To mitigate risk and prevent any potential software application issues.
• To be a good coordinator when supporting user testing.
• Proper documentation for safekeep and the proof of testing conducted.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:

•Academic Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field

•Professional Qualification (Preferred but not mandatory):

oSoftware Testing related e.g., ISTQB

•Experience: Possessing knowledge Software Engineering or related field.

-Experience in Fintech, Banking, Cards/Payments industry is a plus

-Experience in Software Development, Software Testing methodology and principles preferred
