Senior Executive

工作範圍：

1）與建築師和顧問聯絡和協調相關提交和批准。 2）編製主體工程的產業詳細施工進度表。 3)檢視各種設計圖並識別機電、土木和結構、建築和室內設計圖之間的差異。

4）依施工計畫、規範、程序和要求的品質、時間、成本管理分包商的工作進度、會議、圖紙、材料、樣品方法說明、施工圖提交和批准。

5) 與專案經理密切合作，協調和監督專案現場的所有工作。 7）確保所有現場工程符合法規要求。

8）竣工圖、運作維護手冊、測試報告等竣工驗收的準備和編制。

9）確保所有工作均依圖面、規格執行。施工計劃和程序。 10) 執行檢查並利用品質控制機制來檢查和監控專案的質量，以確保達到品質要求，即：CLASSIC、CBI等。

職責/要求：

1）候選人必須至少擁有土木工程/建築施工/建築技術或同等學歷的文憑或學位。

2）候選人具有高層建築、土木和基礎設施項目的經驗。 3）良好的英語和馬來語口語和書面能力。能夠用國語交談是一個額外的優勢

4）該職位需要至少3年相關領域的工作經驗。 5) 精通電腦產業相關軟體，如 MS Project/Word/Excel/PowerPoint 和 AutoCAD。

6）願意長時間工作並在需要時出差。如有需要，願意在星期日、公休日工作。
