Job Scope:
1)Liaise & coordinate with architect and consultant for relevant submission and approval. 2)Prepare the trades' detailed construction schedule for the masterwork program. 3)Review various design drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, civil and structural, architectural and interior design drawings.
4)Manage the sub-contractor's work progress, meetings, drawings, materials, samples method statements, shop drawsings submission and approval all by the construction plan, specification, procedure and required quality, time, and cost.
5)Work closely with the project manager to coordinate and supervise the project site for all works 6) Prepare the progress reports and general correspondence about the site works. 7)Ensure all site works comply with regulatory requirements.
8) Preparation and compilation for closing the project such as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, test reports and others.
9)Ensure that all works executed are by drawings, specifications. construction plans and procedures. 10) Execute inspections and utilize quality control mechanisms to check & monitor the project's quality to ensure achieving the quality requirements i.e: CLASSIC, CBI etc.
Responsibility/Requirement:
1)Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/Building Construction/Architecture technical or equivalent.
2)Candidate experience in high-rise buildings and civil and infrastructure projects. 3)Good oral and written proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage
4) At least 3 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position. 5)Computer literate in industry-related software such as MS Project/Word/Excel/PowerPoint & AutoCAD.
6)Willing to work long hours and travel when needed. Willing to work on Sunday, Public Holiday if needed.
