Draughtsman / Draftsman (Architectural Drawing) 绘图员 (建筑制图)

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise on to create precise 2D or 3D Architectural Drawing, M&E Drawing, Building Plan etc. using AutoCAD.
• Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software based on specifications and rough sketches.
• Work closely with the Local Authority such as MBJB, MBIP, MBPG, MPKu etc. to ensure the drawings are accurate and meet the Building Department’s requirements.
• Maintain organised records of all drawings and revisions.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certification in CAD drafting is advantageous.
• Min 1-year experiences in a CAD drafting role.
• Understanding of engineering and architectural principles and practices.
• Familiarity with the Local Authority requirements.
• Willing to travel if required.
