Job Descriptions;
    

• Knowledge in inventory count on Raw Material & Packaging Material.
• Able to do Mid & End Year Stock Check.
• Perform weekly stock count on fast moving items & submit a report to the superior.
• To issue Goods Return Notes upon receiving warehouse information, & system update.
• To perform clerical tasks & administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, record keeping, emailing, answering calls, etc.
• Update BMR on Master Accounting (Biro) System.
• Have sense of urgency & able to liase with multiple departments on Raw Material & Packaging Material issues.
• Update Daily dispensing report & BMR dispensing report.
• Register New Order.
• Print Label based on the stock receiving.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements;

• Experienced in Inventory would be an added advantage
• Immediate availability is preferable.

• Coordinate within supplier and international branches on logistics, stock replenishment, stock forecast, product ordering and others issues related to Operations Department.
• Consolidation orders from branch, and issue PO to suppliers.
• Liaises with supplier regarding product purchasing on order status, ETA, logistic arrangement, payment, product issues, and other related issues.
• Prepare shipping document to branches for new shipment and follow up with branches on receiving delivery status.

As our Contract Management and Procurement Specialist you will join our growing team in Malaysia covering Contract Management and negotiation of agreements with goods and service providers in close

coordination with legal, compliance and commercial stakeholders. In addition to initiating and coordinate regional B2B commercial engagements and initiatives with key vendors and partners including liaising with local and state-based government instrumentalities and regulators.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining industry and market knowledge relevant to sourcing opportunities.
• Assisting in the development of localised service, support and procurement documentation and processes.
• Gathering and understanding requirements from various NEXTDC business units and
• translate these into local initiatives and assist and coordinating these with stakeholders from the parent company and other stakeholders.
• Managing contractual relationships with the aim of building strong supplier relationships and lowering risk, the total cost of ownership and ensuring compliance with technical and quality assurance requirements.
