Responsible for managing personnel records, updating databases, and assisting in HR operations, creating company policies, scheduling interviews, and preparing HR-related reports.
· JOB DESCRIPTION
· Assist in Human Resource functions and administrative matters
· Processing of monthly Payroll
· Update and maintain employee individual’s personal files and records
· Assist in training administration arrangements for internal / external courses
· Assist in WICA / H&S claims administration
· Application/Renewal/Cancellation of work pass
· Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
